Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during overnight hours including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge support
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to emergency situations promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for room turnover and facility upkeep
- Manage front desk operations including reservations, billing, and guest inquiries
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and security logs
- Assist with valet parking and luggage services as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience required
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (for valet duties)
- Proficient in hotel management software (Opera/PMS preferred)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred
