Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a memorable first impression.
- Guest Services: Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, including handling payments and processing reservations using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Communication: Answer incoming calls promptly, route messages, and respond to guest inquiries via email or in person with a high standard of service.
- Lobby Management: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors.
- Problem Solving: Address guest concerns or complaints immediately and escalate complex issues to the manager when necessary, always striving for a positive resolution.
- Administrative Support: Assist in processing laundry requests, wake-up calls, and coordinating with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are ready on time.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: No prior experience required—we provide full training for the right candidate.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy; familiarity with point-of-sale or property management systems is a plus but not mandatory.
- Appearance: Professional appearance and grooming standards are essential.
- Availability: Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Interpersonal: A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
