Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional, and efficient check-in and check-out services for all guests.
- Manage high-volume phone inquiries and email correspondence promptly.
- Process payments, prepare invoices, and reconcile daily financial reports.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area.
- Assist guests with local recommendations, directions, and special requests.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues with a focus on service recovery.
- Cross-train in other hotel departments as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous front desk or hospitality experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
