Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a seamless and personalized check-in process.
- Manage room reservations and assignments efficiently using our state-of-the-art property management system.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly to address guest inquiries and resolve issues.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions with strict attention to detail and integrity.
- Assist guests with local recommendations, directions, and special requests to enhance their stay experience.
- Maintain a tidy, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area at all times.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality or hotel experience required; we provide full training for the right candidate.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor with a strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills are essential.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of weight.
