Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, verifying identification and payment information.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to email inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Process reservations, manage room assignments, and handle special requests.
- Assist guests with directions, local recommendations, and general hotel information.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including security checks, cash balancing, and lobby maintenance.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction and problem-solving.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
