Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, smile, and professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring accuracy in data entry.
- Answer incoming calls and route inquiries to the appropriate departments promptly.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with strict attention to detail.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues professionally to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor the lobby area to maintain a clean, organized, and inviting atmosphere.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with property management systems is a plus.
