Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during overnight shifts, including check-ins/outs and guest inquiries
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to emergency situations promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent requests
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Deliver exceptional guest service with a focus on problem resolution
- Conduct nightly property inspections to ensure safety standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or customer service experience
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS)
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
