Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our property management system.
- Answer incoming calls and emails in a professional and polite manner.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a solution-oriented approach.
- Manage the front desk area to ensure a welcoming and clean environment.
- Process payments and reconcile daily financial transactions.
- Assist with concierge services and provide local area recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of guest stays and incident reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, friendly demeanor and a genuine desire to help guests.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with light luggage.
