Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our property management system.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Manage the front desk operations, including processing cash, credit cards, and digital payments.
- Assist guests with local directions, restaurant recommendations, and hotel amenities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby area at all times.
- Resolve guest inquiries and minor issues with a positive and problem-solving attitude.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
- Basic computer literacy (typing skills are a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; experience is not required.
