Responsibilities
- Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations during weekend shifts to ensure seamless execution.
- Supervise front desk staff, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.
- Greet VIP guests and resolve complex guest complaints or issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Manage daily revenue operations, including check-in/check-out processes, room assignments, and billing accuracy.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings to communicate priorities, safety protocols, and service expectations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing for weekend supply needs.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal hospitality regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality software (PMS) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work well under pressure and make quick, effective decisions.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
