Responsibilities

  • Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations during weekend shifts to ensure seamless execution.
  • Supervise front desk staff, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.
  • Greet VIP guests and resolve complex guest complaints or issues with empathy and efficiency.
  • Manage daily revenue operations, including check-in/check-out processes, room assignments, and billing accuracy.

Qualifications
