Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, processing payments and issuing room keys with accuracy.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails with a professional and friendly tone, resolving inquiries promptly.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and directions to ensure a seamless stay.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area and lobby environment.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with strict attention to detail and adherence to company policies.
- Resolve guest issues and complaints in a timely and empathetic manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Perform light administrative duties including filing, data entry, and managing the lobby logbook.
Qualifications
- No prior experience in hospitality required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting luggage or cleaning supplies.
- Basic computer proficiency is a plus, but we will teach you our systems.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
