Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests by greeting them warmly and efficiently handling check-ins and check-outs.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phones, managing emails, and handling inquiries promptly.
- Assist with reservations and room assignments to maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area and lobby.
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily deposits accurately.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Willingness to learn and undergo on-the-job training.
