Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome Guests: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all visitors and guests upon arrival.
- Guest Services: Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, answer questions about local amenities, and address guest concerns with a smile.
- Communication: Manage incoming calls professionally, take accurate messages, and relay information to appropriate staff members.
- Administrative Support: Maintain the front desk area, manage the reservation book, and process payments accurately.
- Problem Solving: Assist with room service requests, wake-up calls, and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
