Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently and accurately.
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Handle guest complaints and requests with patience, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Maintain the front desk area to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Monitor building security and assist with access control for guests and employees.
- Process payments and balance daily shift reports using property management software.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrival.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, reception, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and property management systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Valid driver's license may be required for local errands.
