Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our property management system.
- Answer multi-line phones and direct calls to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Manage the front desk cash drawer and process transactions accurately.
- Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations and transportation arrangements.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front lobby and reception area.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure a memorable stay.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required for this role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
