Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Perform cleaning duties, including room cleaning and public area maintenance, to hotel standards.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, processing payments and answering inquiries.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels of linens and supplies.
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure the safety and security of the hotel premises and guests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
