Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, including bed-making, dusting, vacuuming, and bathroom sanitation
- Restock amenities and supplies while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report discrepancies to management
- Adhere to strict hygiene protocols and safety standards
- Deep-clean common areas including lobbies, hallways, and public restrooms
- Manage room turnover efficiently to meet check-in deadlines
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail with high cleanliness standards
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
