Responsibilities
- Greet & Check-in: Welcome guests warmly and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls professionally and respond to guest inquiries via email and in person.
- Problem Solving: Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.
- Reception Management: Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area and manage the switchboard.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with data entry, filing, and processing payments accurately.
- Event Support: Coordinate with the events team to ensure smooth operations during functions.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: Previous front desk experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technology: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Attitude: Professional, approachable, and detail-oriented.
