Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service across front desk, concierge, and housekeeping operations
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures with precision and efficiency
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Assist with event setup and VIP guest arrangements
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and special requests
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel or luxury service experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends/holidays
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Valid New York State Food Handler's Certificate
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Fluency in English with multi-language skills preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
