Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests upon arrival and departure.
- Guest Services: Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, including handling inquiries and requests.
- Phone Operations: Manage the front desk phone system professionally, answering and routing calls efficiently.
- Reservation Management: Update and maintain guest records and reservation systems accurately.
- Facility Maintenance: Monitor the lobby area to ensure cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere.
- Issue Resolution: Handle guest complaints or issues in a calm and solution-oriented manner.
