Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized check-in/check-out experiences while managing guest registrations efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain accurate guest records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams to ensure seamless operations
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service delivery and professional appearance
- Utilize property management systems (PMS) to manage daily front desk operations
- Act as hotel ambassador by providing local recommendations and assistance
Qualifications
