Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, checking them in efficiently and professionally.
- Manage room assignments, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction.
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, addressing inquiries or resolving issues.
- Handle guest complaints with grace and efficiency, escalating complex issues to management.
- Process payments and manage folio charges accurately using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Maintain the front desk area to ensure a welcoming and organized environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel, or guest services is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
