Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.Manage the front desk operations, including answering multi-line phones with a polite and clear voice.Process check-ins and check-outs accurately using hotel management software systems.Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience, empathy, and effective problem-solving skills.Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, lobby, and common spaces.Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and mail distribution.
Qualifications
No prior work experience required; we are willing to train the right candidate.Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with guests of all backgrounds.Reliable attendance and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.Basic computer literacy (typing and navigating windows) is a plus but not mandatory.
