Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using our Property Management System.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy.
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately at the end of each shift.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby seating.
- Assist guests with local recommendations and resolve any on-site issues promptly.
- Perform light administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and inventory checks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a positive, outgoing personality.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential for this role.
