Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival and departure.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the property management system (PMS).
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and efficiency.
- Process payments accurately and reconcile daily financial reports.
- Answer incoming calls and manage the reservation line professionally.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Assist with concierge services and local recommendations for guests.
