Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, check them in efficiently, and answer any inquiries regarding local attractions or hotel services.
- Reservation Management: Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and online reservations to ensure accurate booking records and guest preferences are noted.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the switchboard, process payments, and maintain accurate daily logs and shift reports using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Lobby Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lobby area; assist guests with luggage or directions as needed.
- Problem Solving: Address guest complaints or special requests promptly and professionally to ensure a memorable stay.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and a willingness to learn hotel software.
- Reliability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Professionalism: Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screening.
