Responsibilities
- Warm Greetings: Welcome guests upon arrival with a smile and assist with check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Guest Support: Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails promptly, answering general inquiries about our hotel and local attractions.
- Front Desk Operations: Process payments, manage room reservations, and maintain accurate guest records using hotel management software.
- Communication: Relay messages to guests and staff members and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed.
- Security & Safety: Monitor the front desk area for security purposes and ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.
- Local Expert: Provide guests with information regarding local restaurants, transportation, and points of interest.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are looking for enthusiastic candidates eager to learn the ropes of hospitality management.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Basic Computer Proficiency: Comfortable using computers, tablets, and POS systems (training provided).
- Professional Appearance: Must maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance at all times.
- Reliability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- High School Diploma: High school diploma or GED is preferred.
