Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer incoming calls with a polite and professional demeanor, managing multi-line phone systems.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash, credit cards, and gift cards.
- Respond to guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation promptly.
- Assist with mail delivery, package handling, and concierge requests.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Handle guest complaints or issues with patience and escalate them to the manager when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for customer service.
