Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Welcome guests warmly upon arrival, assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and relay messages promptly and accurately.
- Front Office Support: Manage mail, packages, and daily correspondence for staff and guests.
- Guest Services: Provide local directions, restaurant recommendations, and answer general inquiries to ensure a memorable stay.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the front desk area tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Digital Literacy: Basic computer skills and familiarity with property management software (training provided).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a positive attitude.
- Reliability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
