- Manage daily front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and lobby management.
- Utilize property management systems (PMS) to process reservations and guest accounts accurately.
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a seamless check-in experience.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve guest issues and complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or front desk operations is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS software.
