- Provide exceptional guest service at front desk, concierge, or housekeeping stations
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures with accuracy and efficiency
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across guest areas
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Adapt to flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system knowledge
