Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of residential and commercial properties including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to strict sanitation protocols using eco-friendly cleaning products
- Handle delicate surfaces and high-end furnishings with specialized care techniques
- Complete detailed inspection checklists to ensure 100% client satisfaction
- Maintain organized cleaning carts and equipment between assignments
- Collaborate with overnight security and property management teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 30 lbs regularly
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Attention to detail with ability to spot and address microscopic imperfections
- Strong time management skills to efficiently complete multiple assignments
