Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures efficiently using hotel software
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism
- Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams
- Upsell hotel services and amenities to enhance guest experience
- Ensure lobby area remains clean, organized, and welcoming
- Assist with emergency procedures and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, PMS)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
