Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Manage hotel reservations, answer incoming calls, and respond to guest inquiries via email and chat.
- Assist guests with local directions, restaurant recommendations, and concierge services.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately using the Property Management System (PMS).
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests promptly.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with booking engines is a plus.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
