- Greet guests and visitors warmly upon arrival, ensuring a professional first impression.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling inquiries.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails with a high level of courtesy and efficiency.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining guest records.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby.
What We Are Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with property management systems is a plus.
- A professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Reliability and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A valid driver's license is preferred but not required.
