Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
- Manage staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Monitor budgets, financial reports, and inventory control
- Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations and brand standards
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for event management
- Resolve complex guest inquiries and service issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 5+ years hotel management experience in luxury properties
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong financial acumen and P&L management
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and technologies
- Valid Ohio hospitality management certification
