Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage departments.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue, occupancy, and guest satisfaction scores.
- Manage the P&L, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure profitability and cost control.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and retain a diverse team of hospitality professionals.
- Ensure strict compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards.
- Handle escalated guest inquiries and resolve issues with a focus on retention and brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance the hotel's online reputation and local presence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management or a related luxury hospitality field.
- Strong background in budgeting, financial analysis, and revenue management strategies.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Oracle Opera, Cloudbeds, or similar).
