Responsibilities

  • Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, handling check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
  • Communication: Manage incoming calls and correspondence professionally, providing accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively address guest inquiries and resolve any challenges or complaints with grace and efficiency to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
  • Concierge Support: Assist with valet coordination, bell services, and general concierge requests to enhance the guest stay.
  • Lobby Management: Maintain a pristine and organized front desk area and lobby, ensuring the hotel’s aesthetic standards are upheld at all times.
  • Administrative: Accurately process guest folios, process payments, and prepare daily reports for the management team.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a luxury hotel front desk or guest services role.
  • Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and rotating holidays.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Opera (or similar PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
