Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Operations: Handle front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and managing room keys efficiently.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments promptly.
- Administrative: Maintain accurate records of guest information, payments, and daily logs.
- Security: Verify identity and authorization for access to the facility.
- Shift Management: Adapt to various shift patterns (morning, evening, weekends) to ensure 24/7 coverage.
Qualifications
