Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs.
- Answer incoming calls and redirect them appropriately.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism.
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Assist with mail, package delivery, and concierge services.
- Ensure the lobby and reception area are tidy and presentable.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience is not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a friendly demeanor.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
