Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, verifying payment methods and collecting required information.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly, addressing inquiries regarding reservations and hotel amenities.
- Process payments accurately using the hotel property management system (PMS).
- Assist guests with local recommendations, directions, and concierge services.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Handle basic guest complaints or issues with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience required; we train the right candidates.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to stand and move around the lobby for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
