Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and welcoming welcome to all guests upon arrival and departure.
- Register guests efficiently using the property management system and verify identity.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and guest inquiries with professionalism.
- Resolve guest issues and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
- Assist with lobby maintenance to ensure a clean and organized environment.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in hospitality is a plus but not required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory (we train).
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
