Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival and departure.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries via email or in person in a timely manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and order of the reception area and lobby.
- Handle guest complaints or requests immediately to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Assist with key card distribution and luggage assistance when needed.
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required; we provide full training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
