Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Guest Services: Handle guest inquiries, check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Phone Operations: Answer and direct incoming calls with a polite and professional demeanor, taking accurate messages as needed.
- Problem Solving: Address guest concerns and complaints immediately, escalating to management only when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain the front desk area, manage the lobby environment, and assist with light administrative duties such as filing and data entry.
- Communication: Collaborate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and the kitchen staff to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Attitude over Experience: A high school diploma or GED is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with no prior experience.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Professionalism: A polished and professional appearance with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly (training provided).
- Reliability: The ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
