Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests with a warm smile and efficient check-in/check-out procedures.
- Answering phones and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Managing room keys and ensuring guest safety and security protocols are followed.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas.
- Assisting guests with local recommendations and resolving any on-site issues promptly.
- Processing payments accurately and maintaining financial records.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn hotel property management systems.
- Must be available for shift work.
