Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy.

- Monitor building security and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Assist with front desk operations during all shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications
