Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional, and friendly first impression to all guests entering the property.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Efficiently manage guest arrivals and departures, processing payments and reservations using hotel management software.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and address guest inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Problem Solving: Handle guest complaints and special requests with a focus on exceeding expectations.
- Housekeeping Coordination: Communicate maintenance issues and room cleanliness needs to the appropriate departments.
- Reception Duties: Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby environment.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Experience: No prior experience necessary. We value attitude and aptitude over past history.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Windows/Mac operating systems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability: Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Professionalism: A polished appearance and a customer-first mindset.
