Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Manage incoming calls, take accurate reservations, and respond to guest inquiries via email or chat.
- Handle guest complaints or requests with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions.
- Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations and transportation arrangements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area and lobby.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- A friendly, approachable, and customer-focused demeanor.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
