As a Front Desk Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our international and domestic guests, handling check-ins, reservations, and inquiries with professionalism and warmth. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling perfect for students, career changers, or anyone seeking a dynamic hospitality environment.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins and check-outs using our hotel management system
- Process reservations and room assignments while maintaining accurate records
- Respond to guest inquiries with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle payment processing and billing transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk environment
- Assist with luggage and special guest requests as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency (typing 25+ WPM preferred)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to stand for extended periods
