Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently while maintaining a warm, professional demeanor
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries
- Handle guest complaints with empathy and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams
- Process payments, manage cash registers, and balance daily reports
- Provide local attraction recommendations and transportation assistance
- Maintain accurate guest records in property management systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 6+ months customer service or front desk experience
- Proficiency with reservation software (e.g., Opera, Propertyware)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
